How AI is changing software delivery - and what does it mean for a PM? - Delivered by George Wills
The rise of the LLM has completely changed the software delivery game and we are all learning how best to take advantage of this technology.
In this talk I'm going to discuss what our delivery teams are currently experiencing and how our people have adapted and augmented agentic processes into their workflows this year.I'll discuss emerging opportunities, risks, new bottlenecks and some things that are no longer true. But I'll offer absolutely no answers on how to address them.
A panel discussion will follow immediately, so I will hand it over to some far more qualified thinkers in the PM community to attempt to answer what this all means for you.

The Final Mile of Project Delivery: Turning Change into Everyday Practice - Delivered by Sacha McGregor
Go-live is a major project milestone — but it is not the point at which value is realised.
The real test comes afterwards: when people need to use a new system, process, tool or way of working confidently in the flow of their day-to-day work.
In this practical session, Sacha McGregor will explore the “final mile” of project delivery: the space between launching a change and seeing it become embedded in everyday practice. She will share practical ways project teams can consider readiness, communication, learning and post-go-live support earlier in the project journey, without adding unnecessary complexity to an already busy delivery plan.
