With a background in digital advertising and a growing suite of professional certifications including Agile Project Management Practitioner and Foundation Ruby brings a structured yet adaptable mindset to her work. Her experience spans multiple locations across New Zealand and Australia, giving her a well‑rounded understanding of fast‑paced operational environments.

Ruby will be sharing her thoughts on working in Australia and New Zealand markets, living in AKL, working as a PM.

Kathryn will share NZ Post’s significant investment in transformational change as its PMO shifts to a more adaptive way of working, leveraging the changes they have made while ensuring they are flexible to changes in market conditions. She’ll outline where the PMO has come from, why this change is needed, and the core focus areas shaping their future as the organisation continues to add value through their area of expertise.
