The Puppet Craft Social Workshop Collective is a space for anyone interested in the tactile, imaginative world of puppet making. Whether you have experience with building characters or you are simply curious about how to bring a foam or fabric creation to life, this is a place to learn, experiment, and share techniques. We meet to work on projects, troubleshoot mechanics, and enjoy the process of making things by hand in a relaxed environment.
Our gatherings are centered around the craft itself, providing a low-pressure setting to trade tips on everything from marionette stringing to hand-puppet design. You do not need to be a professional performer or an expert builder to join us; we are just a group of people who enjoy the focus and creativity that comes with building puppets. We look forward to having you join us for our next session to work on your current build or get started on something new.
