About us
Welcome to The Puppet Makers Social Craft Club. This is a space for anyone interested in the art of puppet making, whether you have been crafting characters for years or have never held a glue gun before. Our goal is to bring together people who enjoy working with their hands to share techniques, troubleshoot construction challenges, and simply enjoy the process of bringing inanimate objects to life.
We meet regularly to work on our own individual projects in a relaxed, supportive environment. There is no formal curriculum; instead, we treat this as a social craft circle where we can trade tips on everything from marionette stringing and rod manipulation to foam carving and costume design. If you have been looking for a community of fellow makers to brainstorm with or just want a quiet place to focus on your latest build, we would love to have you join us.
