Goddess, what if the darkness isn't something you need to fear?
What if there are parts of you that have been waiting quietly in the shadows—not because they are bad, broken, or shameful, but because somewhere along the way, you learned it was safer to hide them?
This October, Awaken Her enters:
🌑 THE SACRED SHADOW: Reclaiming the Woman They Taught You to Hide
And our first Guardian is Nyx, ancient Goddess of the Night.
Nyx invites us to begin gently.
Before we confront the shadow, we must first change our relationship with the dark.
🌑 The womb is dark.
🌑 The soil is dark.
🌑 The night is dark.
🌑 Seeds begin their becoming in darkness.
Perhaps darkness isn't always an ending.
Perhaps sometimes it is where something sacred begins.
Our question for the evening will be:
“What becomes visible when I stop being afraid of the dark?”
Together we will enter the Cave of Seeing, sit with Nyx, explore what has been hidden beneath the surface, stir some powerful questions in our cauldron, and receive the Black Candle of Illumination as a reminder that we do not enter the shadow without light.
This is not about fixing yourself.
