On Earth Day (April 22), Lubaina Choudhury return to in-person facilitation with an intimate, guided dreamwork experience at Balance Arts Center ).
This is not just about interpreting dreams—
it’s about re-entering a relationship with your inner world as a source of clarity, healing, and direction.
During this 2-hour immersive workshop, you will:
• Learn practical techniques to recall dreams (even if you “don’t dream”)
• Explore personal dream symbolism—beyond generic meanings
• Practice safe, guided sharing to deepen insight and connection
• Be led through a dream journey process to access guidance for your current life path
• Discover how to translate dream messages into waking-life decisions
