Welcome to the Detroit, MI InvestHER Chapter! This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to Detroit, MI meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!
MEET THE INVESTHER LEADER
Marcia Gilad is an experienced real estate investor and entrepreneur. Working full-time in real estate since 2015, she currently owns and operates a successful private lending business and manages a real estate portfolio. She has participated in over 150 real estate investment deals as a buyer, seller, or lender. Marcia is also a Limited Partners in two syndications and a Key Partner/General Partner on another apartment syndication.
Prior to real estate investing, Marcia led Digital Media projects at companies such as Toyota and the National Football League. She earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She currently resides in Ann Arbor, MI with her husband/business partner and son.
