MEET THE INVESTHER LEADERS
Dear Ngo is a full-time real estate investor in multifamily and land. She is a mom of 2, and spent her entire career in the Tech industry, and loves to travel. She read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" which was life changing and decided to leave the Tech world to invest fully in real estate, acquire assets, and live the life that she wants to with her family. She hopes to help others achieve the same.
Uzma Abdullah is a full time real estate investor who also manages an all cash RE fund. Uzma's portfolio consists of fix & flips, SFR, MF, sober living facilities and STR/MTRs across California, Texas and Canada . Uzma hopes that by sharing her own personal journey as a mother of 3 and the invaluable lessons learned, she can help empower women to embrace living life on their own terms (and pace).
Heather Giammichele was employed with the State of California as a Hearing Officer for the Department of Industrial Relations. She now is full-time real estate investor in mid-sized multifamily complexes out-of-state and manages a local commercial office building. Heather is also a licensed Realtor in the state of New Mexico, and is working on becoming a licensed electrician.
