Welcome to the Seattle, WA InvestHER Chapter! This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to Seattle meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!
We’re a group of dedicated women devoted to the success of every woman in the Real Estate Investment arena. We offer some of the most successful and seasoned educational speakers in the Chicagoland area to provide each member with the insight and direction to knock it out of the park in real estate investing.
We follow through by applying Ben Franklin's classic 13 virtues to spark discussion about members' real estate goals and aspirations - who they want to be and what they want to contribute to the world. Over the course of 13 months, each discussion will focus on a different virtue and how it relates to each of our own Real Estate Investment journeys.
MEET THE INVESTHER LEADERS
Ashley Gallacher lives in Seattle, WA and has been actively investing in real estate for two years. In addition, she has 10+ years of Corporate Finance experience in Aerospace and Tech. Her primary focus in real estate is buy and hold single family homes as well as multifamily. She has a small rental portfolio of single family homes and she is working on developing a small multi-family apartment complex (all in the Seattle area). Ashley enjoys many aspects of real estate, especially the ability to create financial independence and build generational wealth. Her goal is to transition fo real estate investing full-time. Outside of real estate, she loves spending time with her two kids, husband, and other family and friends. Ashley is very excited to be involved with InvestHER and help women in their real estate journey!
Cheryl Huffman has lived in Seattle's greater metro area her entire life. Real estate caught her eye when she was a teenager while working as a receptionist at a real estate agency in Maple Valley. From there, she obtained her first real estate broker license when she was 19. She flipped her first home in 2015, has acquired rentals, and is currently exploring the world of new construction.
