If you enjoy nature and you enjoy people, this is the event for you! Expect to see birds and other wildlife, bring your binoculars and cameras and bask in the simple beauties of this earth while you get to know other members of your community.

Agenda:
Meet up at the refuge complex and then take the auto tour loop together, making stops at each of the lookouts along the way.
The auto tour loop is ~40 miles round trip.

Today is Utah's free fishing day--you don't need to purchase a license to fish at any public body of water.
Bring your spare fishing rods to share with a newcomer and let's all enjoy sitting around the lake!
Bring a snack, bring a chair, bring sunscreen and let's have fun!

Bring your pup to socialize, or just take a walk with dogs and their owners.

We will be walking on the Ogden River trail, starting from the mouth of Ogden Canyon to Ogden Botanical Gardens (or further) and back. Leashes are required for the dogs, but optional for the adults. Show off your dog's good citizenship and social skills with the other dogs and people.

Bags and Dog treats will be available, just ask.

"Fireworks in the evening, BBQ in the afternoon, but what about the morning?"

Flock to this secret reservoir where motor boats aren't allowed. Swim, kayak, paddleboard, float, canoe, or just bounce around in a life jacket. There are a couple of cliff-jumping rocks on the reservoir if you feel like taking a dive. Make some new friends and get out in nature!
