To be strong, but not intimidating. To speak up, but not be difficult. To feel deeply, but not be “too much”. To be angry, but never make anyone uncomfortable with it.
What if, for two hours, we stopped trying to make our anger comfortable for everyone else?

Meeting Your Inner Rage is a two hour workshop for women and people who identify with feminine energy. A space to meet anger safely, whether you struggle to access it, carry a lot of it, or simply want to explore it together with others.
We’ll explore what we’re angry about, give it space to be felt and heard, and ask what it might be trying to tell us.
And then we’ll look beyond the anger. What has everything we’ve been through taught us? What strength have we found despite it? What do we want to take with us from here?

Through reflection, writing, ritual and creative practices, we’ll make space for both the anger and everything that comes after it.
You might leave feeling a little lighter. More connected to yourself and to the people around you. You might discover that underneath the anger there is a boundary, a desire, a voice or a strength that wants to be acknowledged.
And you won’t have to do it alone. We’ll hold space for each other, find connection and create a little sisterhood along the way.

And yes, it’s going to be a little witchy.
Expect some ritual, symbolism, intuition and a little bit of magic. Nothing too serious, nothing you have to believe in. Just a different way of exploring what we often push aside.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter, a little more connected, and hopefully a little more in touch with your own strength.
