What we’re about

Together, women are turning midlife into the richest chapter yet.

Midlife can feel overwhelming — your energy shifts, your body changes, and the medical system doesn’t always have the answers. But you don’t have to figure it out alone. The Rich Life Project is a welcoming community for women 45+ looking for support, resources, and connection as they create a healthier life.

No matter if we’re meeting on Zoom or occasionally in person, our gatherings are about connection, sharing, and encouragement. Each month we’ll spend an hour exploring real-life questions, learning new strategies, and lifting each other up as we navigate midlife together.

We welcome women at any stage of their wellness journey — whether you’re just starting to think about making changes, or you’ve been working on your health for years. Everyone belongs here.

We’ll dive into topics that support whole-person health, like:
✨ Emotional well-being & stress resilience — handling the everyday pressures of family, work, and life transitions
✨ Physical health, movement, and nutrition — finding what feels best for your changing body
✨ Spiritual growth and balance — staying grounded through seasons of change
✨ Lifestyle habits that truly stick — making choices today that support your future

Let’s be honest , today’s medical system can feel disconnected, rushed, and discouraging. It’s easy to feel like giving up and letting the chips fall where they may. Or you can choose connection — gaining support from women on the same path, sharing resources, exchanging information about the latest in women’s health and longevity, and building the confidence to get the care you deserve.

Together we can:

Speak up with confidence about our health

Find the care and resources that truly support us

Take simple steps that lead to the outcomes we deserve

Lean on a circle of women who have our backs every step of the way

We laugh, we share, we learn — and we leave feeling lighter, inspired, and ready to take action. ✨ Come as you are — all you need is a little curiosity and a willingness to connect.
