Murph is a helluva workout, and we challenge you to do just a little more.

  • 1.25 mile run
  • 125 pull ups
  • 250 push ups
  • 375 squats
  • 1.25 mile run

It's that easy. We'll start as a group at Austin High Track and run 1.25 miles along the trail to Butler Shores Outdoor Calisthenics Gym: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Q5tXVKFX7GZRowkWA

Wear a weight vest if you feel so inclined. Train for the challenge or just go out and see what you've got. We'll have a few pull up assist bands to help.

You bring the ruckus. There's no quit. No giving up. Just you pushing your limits.
