Hello Companion,

This week we aim to look at the H.O.W of our journey and what knowledge the 'Triple A's' bring.

Socrates believed curiosity was one of the important keys to new learning, in fact all learning.
Knowledge + Experience = Wisdom.
So the when we apply what we've learnt and gained feedback, wisdom starts to appear.
This process is only truly possible when elements such as wonder, curiosity and openess are present. When we soften into the space that change is possible, seeds can be planted.
This is of course harder when life experiences feels like it has stripped our soil of nutrients and our ground has become tough and frozen, so we work gently with ourselves, clearing the weeds and undergrowth to allow more light and warmth to enter.
