Hello to the Curious,
This group aims to inspire, challenge, inform and educate anyone who feels their lives have become difficult, tiring, confusing or simply overwhelmed with the pressures of living in the 21st century.
Our aim is to offer a safe place to experience alternative ways to show up in our daily lives. We will offer meditations, disccussions, teachings and practical ways to relieve stress, help identify those parts of ourselves that keep getting in the way and to calm our nervous systems.
These options will be offered online and in person, ranging from hourly to full workshops.
N.B. This space is not a replacement for direct professional help from a Therapist or GP. but can be used alongside these as support and personal insight.
