About us
We're a group of coffee enthusiasts who love the whole process of roasting beans. Whether you're completely new to roasting or already experimenting at home, this is a casual space where we get together to roast coffee, share what we've learned, and figure things out together. We'll do roasting sessions where people can bring beans, try different roasting methods, and taste what comes out on the other end. It's as much about the community as it is about the coffee.
We meet regularly to swap tips on equipment, troubleshoot roasts that didn't go quite right, and celebrate the ones that did. You don't need to own fancy gear or have perfect technique to join us. Most of us are just learning as we go, and we're always happy to help someone get started or pick up a new skill. If you've ever wondered what home roasting is actually like, or you're already knee-deep in it and want to connect with other people who care about this stuff, we'd love to have you.
The goal here is pretty simple: good coffee, good people, and the satisfaction of roasting something yourself that actually tastes great. Come as you are and bring whatever questions or ideas you've got.
