Steve Link is excited to teach Country Waltz for MoDancing! Steve has been studying ballroom dance for 34 years. He is a former president of the Flower City Chapter of USA Dance, a national non-profit organization devoted to the promotion and practice of ballroom dancing in America. After retiring from Eastman Kodak in 2008, Steve made ballroom dancing his new passion, studying and performing under the tutelage of Maureen Hickey. He now teaches social ballroom dance at Weider’s Hall, a ballroom in the South Wedge area of Rochester. Steve teaches all of the American style ballroom dances as well as samba, quickstep and all the club dances.
Dance music is a mix of WCS, ECS, Salsa, Hustle, Night Club 2 Step, Country 2 Step, Bachata, & Cha Cha with a sprinkling of ballroom.
