I am doing my Kickoff for my TRU Tribe members for the Flagstaff Crest 39 Ultra (part of the iconic Cocodona 250)

This is our 3rd year in a row with this event!

During this session, I'll talk about the training options, what the race and training will be like, you'll meet the tribe members who are already signed up and ready to start training,

This is a great first time trail race! Several of our TRU Tribe members have done this as a first time one. You have plenty of time and it's one of my favorite courses. It's in Superior and offers a little more variety. There are parts that seem like we are in Middle Earth if there is enough rain in the season.
