I've been waiting for a long time to see this movie and when it finally popped up on streaming I jumped right in and am so glad I did. This is easily my favorite movie of the last year and I know I didn't even come close to comprehending all of the symbolism. I haven't stopped thinking about it and knew it was one I wanted to bring to the group so here it is in the next available slot. This week we'll be discussing the Oliver Laxe film, Sirāt (2025). I definitely have my work cut out for me to prepare for this session and I expect that it's not going to be a crowd pleaser across the board, but that's ok...those tend to be the best ones.
Note, we close admissions to the sessions at 6:45PM.
Sirāt (2025) is available to stream on Hulu and Disney+, and is available to rent on most other VOD platforms.
