What we’re about
Welcome to The San Francisco Mind-Benders Short Story Book Club!! Reading challenging mind-bending books and short stories, since 2013! Although this club initially focused on reading books, during the pandemic of 2020, we shifted our emphasis to short stories. Now, we gather virtually every two weeks to discuss these stories. While our primary focus is on short stories, occasionally, we explore larger narratives or short novellas, for which we provide extended discussion time.
Some of the consistently featured authors include Kafka, Faulkner, Borges, Poe, Asimov, Virginia Woolf, among others.
