The Sapphic Circle

Welcome to “The Sapphic Circle” a like-minded, all identifying group of GLBTQ+ women living and loving life on this idyllic island we are privileged to live, work & play! Primarily for the Greater Victoria area but could expand to other parts of the Island, specifically where other GLBTQ+ events of interest are being held.

As a Single, Lesbian in my mid 40’s, I have embraced the Mid-Life Awakening over a Mid-Life Crisis. Do you relate?

Being a recent(ish) Alberta Transplant, I have loved discovering the Island Life but would love to build a Tribe of like-minded, Sapphic Women to enjoy this Paradise & all it has to offer, both indoors & out! Friendships are so valuable to our healing, growth & personal evolution & Victoria or the Island in general is known to be hard to break into an already established friend group, why not create our own? 🌈

Live Music, Festivals, Pub Nights, Drag Shows, Karaoke, Hiking, Kayaking, GLTBQ+ Events, Photography, Writing, Coffee Shops, Concerts, Paint Nights, etc, are just a few of my favourite Island Activities & I trust I’m not the only creative leaning, outdoor loving, open to living our best Sapphic Island Life person out there!

My goal as a new group is to meet initially, monthly or as Local events emerge that are in alignment with our vision & agenda & ride the ebb & flow of the groups organic nature!
