The Secret Garden Mail Club

This month we're celebrating September Birthdays!

Birthday Blooms will be posted at the start of each month to celebrate members who have birthdays. Simply leave a comment if your birthday falls during that month. Then any members that would like to send birthday bloom will RSVP.

Members who RSVP are invited to send birthday letters. Each “Bloom” is unique—some letters may be poetic, some simple and heartfelt, others playful or artistic. It’s about celebrating people through words, care, and intention—one envelope at a time.

How it works:

1. Each month Birthday Blooms will open one month in advance to give you time to comment your birthday if it falls on that Birthday Month. On the day of the event, I will send out the addresses of our "Birthday Blooms".
   2.These who RSVP receives a list of that month’s Birthday Blooms.
2. Your letter may arrive a little late or early depending on when it was sent.
3. If you've RSVPed, please send your letter out sometime during that month.

PS: If you've commented that it's your birthday, make sure I have your address so I can send it out to everyone who RSVP.

The Secret Garden Mail Club -
For this month’s theme Swap, we’re creating a cozy Autumn Happy Mail package for a fellow friend!

Think of anything that feels like autumn to you.
Please include at least 5 items in your swap. Items can include:

• A couple sheets of stationery
• A folded note card + envelope
• A postcard
• Writing items
• A few stickers
• Sticker sheet
• Washi tape
• Decorative paperclip
• A couple sheets of themed scrapbook paper
• Stamps or other fun stationery goodies

Feel free to get creative and add your own touch! Homemade goodies are always welcome as an extra.

No shopping is required—use what you already have, create something, or simply gather a few treasures from your stationery stash.

How does this work:

1.RSVP to this event
2.Send me your mailing address (if I don't have it)
3.On the day of the event, I'll pair you with another member. You will receive the name and address of the member you will swap.
4.Send your mail swap no later than Wednesday**, September 30th, 2026.**

Gentle reminder:
This is not an In-person meetup. This is a mail-based exchange only, a space for kindness and slow connection. Most importantly, have fun with it! There’s no perfect way to create your swap. Let your own version of autumn inspire you.
