The Security of Things - New York City

This group is for professionals of all skills and backgrounds in the New York area who are interested in securing the next generation of connected systems on the Internet of Things. If you're an IT professional, CxO, security researcher, white- (or gray) hat hacker, technology entrepreneur, embedded systems engineer, tinkerer, maker, policy wonk or someone interested in the intersection of technology, security, privacy and the IoT, this is the group for you! We will meet monthly for an agenda filled with subject matter experts, executives, hackers and other VIPs for learning and discussion related to IoT and security. We'll also try to tip you off to local happenings in NYC and offer special members-only events including networking, symposia, meet the entrepreneur and so on, when available.
