The Sidequest Social Club — St. George & Southern Utah

UPDATE: The event is still happening at Station 2 on Tuesday, July 28. Station 2 canceled its regularly scheduled King Trivia program, so we’re turning the evening into a private Sidequest Social Trivia Night instead. The date, venue, and existing RSVPs remain the same. Please read the updated details below.

Station 2’s regular trivia program was unexpectedly canceled for the evening, but we didn’t want to cancel a fun night together. Instead, we’re keeping our gathering at Station 2 and hosting a private Sidequest trivia game specifically for our group.

This will be a casual, team-based and social-first trivia night. You definitely do not need to be a trivia expert. The questions will cover a mix of approachable categories, and the main goal is to laugh, work together and get to know more people.

We’ll divide into teams of approximately four to six people. You are completely welcome to come alone , we’ll help everyone find a team. Couples and friends can stay together, and we’ll mix in other attendees so everyone has a chance to meet someone new.

What to expect

• Casual team trivia hosted by the Sidequest organizers

• Time to socialize before trivia and after the game
• Food and drinks available for individual purchase from Station 2
• A relaxed atmosphere where the competition is secondary to having a good time

It will be held in the same awesome middle room we had it in before. I will post a picture of the room before the event, in the event comment section, as well.

Your existing RSVP is still valid. Since space may be limited, please update your RSVP promptly if your plans change so someone else has the opportunity to attend.

This is only our second gathering, and we’re looking forward to creating a fun night specifically for the group. Whether you love trivia or are mostly coming to meet people, you’ll fit right in.

West-side sidequest, and it's a fully air-conditioned one: we're taking over a booth and a Trackman simulator bay at the enormous sports bar at Black Desert — wall-sized TVs, pub food, cold beer, and golf sims that are basically video games you play with a real club. Zero golf skill required; the worse the swing, the better the highlight. It will be 100° outside. It will not be 100° in here.

New monthly ritual: second Sunday of every month, we take over a corner of George's Corner, scratch kitchen, eggs from their own chickens, real cocktails if you want one, coffee if you don't. Come at 11:30, stay as long as the conversation's good, or duck out with your whole Sunday ahead of you. The lowest-pressure event we run.

Our first private room. Five weeks in, and the club has its own space for a night: board games, craft cocktails, food and 24 seats at the best-reviewed restaurant bar downtown. The room's taken care of, just bring yourselves; food and drinks are your own tab. We'll have team games that work whether you're a board game person or just a person (Codenames, Wavelength, cards). Come late, leave early, as always.
