A simple gathering to sit in silence together.
We begin with a short introduction, followed by 20 minutes of silent mindfulness meditation. No rituals, chants, or prior experience needed. Just sit comfortably, observe your breath and mind, and notice what comes up.
After the sit, we spend a few minutes sharing observations, thoughts, or experiences as a group. No pressure to speak.
This is not a class or a spiritual discourse. It’s an open, neutral space for quiet attention, reflection, and human connection.
Format:
• 5 min intro
• 20 min silent sitting
• 20–30 min open discussion
Who is this for?
Anyone curious about meditation, mindfulness, attention, or simply taking a pause from the noise of daily life.
Beginners are welcome.
