A simple weekly gathering to sit in silence together.
We begin with a short introduction, followed by 20 minutes of silent meditation/observation. No rituals, chants, or prior experience needed. Just sit comfortably, observe your thoughts, emotions, impulses, restlessness, body and breath, and notice what comes up.
Think of applying the scientific method to your mind. You'll be surprised what you learn! And this is the truth. Your truth.
After the sit, we spend a few minutes sharing observations, thoughts, or experiences as a group. No pressure to speak.
This is not a class or a spiritual discourse. It’s an open, neutral space for quiet attention, reflection, and human connection

• 20-30 min open discussion
