Chronic Queens Meetup✨️
Details
Sorry, we have had to reschedule to Sunday 14th June
✨ Chronic Queens ✨
📍 Moxy Glasgow Merchant City
🗓 Sunday 14th June
⏰ 3PM-6PM
Chronic Queens is a relaxed, low-pressure social space for women living with chronic illness, chronic pain, invisible illnesses, fatigue, and anything else that can sometimes make “normal” socialising feel exhausting. 💜
This is not a therapy group, support circle, or anything overly intense - just a welcoming environment to meet new people who simply get it. No awkward forced introductions, no cringey ice breakers, and absolutely no pressure to overshare.💕
Come as you are. Whether you’re chatty, quiet, anxious, tired, flaring, masked up, needing breaks, or just wanting out the house for a little while - you are welcome here.
You can stay for the full meetup, pop in for a short while, sit quietly with a drink, or join conversations when you feel comfortable. This space is all about making friendship and connection feel easier, softer, and more accessible. ✨
We’ll also have some gentle activities available including snacks, games, and colouring books for anyone who feels more comfortable with quieter socialising — or even just wants something calming to do while being around others. There is absolutely no expectation to socialise constantly. 💖

If you’re feeling anxious about coming along, nervous about socialising, or worried about coming on your own - I completely understand. That’s actually a huge reason why Chronic Queens exists. 💜
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me beforehand if it would help. I’m more than happy to help ease any worries, chat beforehand, help introduce you to others gently, or help involve you in conversation at your own pace.
There’s absolutely no pressure to be super social, outgoing, or “on” the whole time. You can simply come as you are. ✨
