A letter, sealed in time.

Participants write a letter to a future version of themselves — one year from now — capturing thoughts, hopes, questions, or reminders they want to return to later.

Each person is given beautiful stationery, envelopes, and a wax seal set. After writing, they melt wax and seal their letter by hand, turning the moment into a small ritual of intention and closure.

The sealed letters are collected and safely kept, then mailed back to participants one year later — creating a quiet, surprising moment of reflection in the future.

This is not about perfection or performance. It’s about pausing long enough to speak honestly to the version of yourself you haven’t met yet.

The Vision Edit is a practical, creative session where participants use images, words, and materials to clarify what they want more of — visually, emotionally, or directionally.

Using magazines and curated materials, you’ll assemble a physical vision board that helps surface patterns, preferences, and priorities. The focus is on editing and selection: noticing what draws your attention and arranging it into something clear and intentional.

This is a calm, focused making session — not a workshop or a lecture — just time and space to think visually and work with your hands.

You’ll leave with a completed board to take home.

​The Picasso Pair is a gentle, hands-on art session where parents and children create one shared artwork together.

Instead of working separately, each pair paints on the same canvas — negotiating space, colours, ideas, and moments as they go. The focus isn’t skill or outcome, but the experience of making something together.

This is a simple, playful way to slow down, collaborate, and spend focused time side by side — without instructions, pressure, or doing it “right.”

What happens

Each pair is given a shared canvas, paints, and brushes, and invited to create freely together.

There’s no theme to follow and no final goal. You can paint quietly, talk, laugh, or experiment — letting the process unfold naturally.

The session begins with a gentle introduction, then opens into unstructured making time so each pair can work at their own rhythm.

You’ll leave with one completed artwork to take home.

Echoes on Paper is a quiet, immersive evening where sound becomes a starting point for making.

Participants take part in a live soundbath and create art in response to what they hear — translating rhythm, vibration, and atmosphere into colour and mark-making. The focus is not on technique or outcome, but on noticing how sound moves through the body and onto the page.

This is a slow, sensory session designed to support presence and attention. There is no sharing requirement and no expectation to “make something good.” Just time, materials, and space to explore.

You will be seated on the floor with your own canvas, painting as the sound unfolds around you.
