Make New Friends @ Dinner & Board Games

If you want to make new friends, join us for Dinner and Board Games at Red Ginger in Parklands on Saturday, 31st May. The event will start at 5 p.m. and end at 11 p.m.

We’ve reserved a private event space at one of Nairobi’s top fine-dining restaurants — Red Ginger. The atmosphere is relaxed, with soft background music, making it easy to have a conversation.

We’ll have a wide variety of board and card games — including Uno, Monopoly Deal, Dixit, Codenames, Saboteur, Exploding Kittens, Coup, Kenya at 50, and Poker — to help break the ice and spark meaningful connections without the small talk. We’ll also have curated conversation cards that are perfect for dinner, giving you a chance to get to know each other beyond the games.

No gaming experience? No problem. Our dedicated game master will be there to guide you through the rules and make sure everyone feels included.

What's for dinner?

The ticket is inclusive of a dinner buffet with the following menu options:

1. Tandoori chicken wings
2. Fish fingers
3. Indian Bhajiya
4. Veg Kolhapuri
5. Chicken curry
6. Mutton on bone
7. Plain rice
8. Butter naan
9. Pani puri
10. Soup

The ticket is also inclusive of a drink (soda or water) and board games.

Please note that this is not a free event, and you need to purchase your ticket in advance if you'd like to join us.

The ticket covers the cost of the dinner, board games, and the service charge to organize the meet-up.
