Last Day of Fall Quarterhorse Torture

Details
*IF IT IS RAINING or HAS RAINED HEAVILY BEFORE THE HIKE I WILL CANCEL the HIKE
This is a variation of a Thursday Sierra Club conditioning hike that Anita has mutated along with Jacques.
I recommend, at the bare minimum, trail shoes with aggressive tread, a Headlamp and water. Some of you might bring poles for the one steep drop and the steep ups on Quarterhorse.
Details: About 5 miles and 800ft gain.. The plan is to meet at 3:15pm and then leave the parking lot at 3:30pm. Sunset is at 4:47pm. The route is to cross Crenshaw and PV Drive North where we travel east and turn up Eastvale and onto Palomino Trail, left onto Pinto Trail to right onto Quarterhorse where we stair-step our way up to Westfield Park where we congregate and hydrate. From here we will take a trail over to Crenshaw and cross at Silver Spur. We gently walk up Silver Spur to Silver Arrow and then descend the streets backs down to PVDrN and cross back to our cars.
