The Space Between Reactions
Hosted by Stevie Amos Burke
The Space Between Reactions is a community centered around emotional awareness, human behavior, healing, self-leadership, and meaningful conversation.
This is not group therapy.
It is not motivational speaking.
And it is not surface-level networking.
It is a space for real conversations about what happens inside people before they react, shut down, explode, avoid, disconnect, numb out, or repeat the same emotional patterns over and over again.
Through guided discussions, reflective exercises, behavioral insight, and open conversation, the group explores the connection between emotion, nervous system activation, relationships, grief, trauma, communication, self-awareness, and conscious decision-making.
Topics may include:
emotional intelligence in real life
grief and emotional processing
relationships and communication
nervous system awareness
survival-mode behaviors
emotional regulation
recovery and transformation
self-leadership under pressure
behavioral patterns and emotional triggers
humanity, technology, and emotional ethics
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is awareness.
Because sometimes the most important moment in a person’s life is not the reaction itself, but the space that exists just before it.
This group is designed for people who want deeper conversations, greater self-awareness, healthier emotional patterns, and more intentional ways of living, communicating, and relating to others.
Whether you are navigating healing, growth, grief, relationships, recovery, stress, or simply trying to understand yourself more clearly, you are welcome here.
Come as you are.
Bring your humanity.
Leave the masks at the door.
