The Space to Be is a women’s wellness and mindfulness group focused on nervous system regulation, embodiment, and meaningful connection.
This group is designed for women who carry a lot — teachers, healers, medical providers, caregivers, and thoughtful women who are often supporting others and rarely have time to pause themselves.
Each gathering offers a blend of gentle, yoga-like movement, grounding practices, music or mantra, guided meditation, and reflection. The intention is to reduce stress, quiet mental overload, reconnect with the body, and create space for clarity and self-connection.
Feminine energy is welcomed here as wisdom, intuition, and aliveness. Sensuality is present in a subtle, grounded way — as the felt experience of being in your body — not as performance or expectation.
This is a supportive, inclusive space to decompress, practice mindfulness, and build community. Sharing is always optional. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or embodiment practices is required.
