Join like-hearted members of The Spiritual Highway community for a Meditation guided by Jeffrey Ringer. Whether you are experienced or brand new to meditation, you are always welcome.

30 minute guided meditation & discussion lead by Jeffrey Ringer

$15 suggested donation per person for the Guided Meditation & Discussion. We want you to be able to join us -please come even if you can't afford a donation. We would rather have you practice with us.
