About us
Neurodivergent Support Group - Community for Minds in Motion
Ever walk into a room and forget why? Start five projects before finishing one? Go down a rabbit hole researching 18th-century blacksmithing at 2 a.m.? Welcome to The Squirrel Society.
The Squirrel Society is a friendly, judgment-free gathering for adults with ADHD/ADD, neurodivergent thinkers, and anyone whose brain tends to take the scenic route. This is a peer support and social group where we share experiences, exchange strategies, celebrate wins, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges and strengths of ADHD.
There are no lectures, no pressure, and no expectation that you'll have everything figured out. Some meetings may focus on topics like productivity, relationships, organization, time blindness, and managing overwhelm. Others may simply be a chance to relax, talk, laugh, and enjoy good company.
Whether you're newly diagnosed, self-discovered, supporting someone with ADHD, or just looking for your people, you'll find a welcoming community here.
Our Motto:
"We may wander, but we wander together."
What to Expect:
- Casual and welcoming conversations
- Peer support and shared experiences
- Practical tips and life hacks
- Occasional guest speakers or activities
- Plenty of understanding when the conversation takes an unexpected detour
Who Should Join?
Adults with ADHD
Neurodivergent individuals
Parents, partners, and supporters
Anyone seeking connection, encouragement, and community
Disclaimer: The Squirrel Society is a peer support and social group. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or professional counseling.
