About us
The Stand Up Comedy Social Club is a space for anyone who loves comedy, whether you have been performing for years, just started trying out open mics, or are simply a fan who enjoys a good laugh. Our goal is to bring together people who want to talk about the craft, share experiences from the stage, and support each other as we navigate the local scene. We believe that comedy is best enjoyed and improved in a community rather than in isolation.
We meet regularly to head out to local shows, grab a drink after a set, or grab coffee to discuss writing and stage presence. This is an informal group, so there is no pressure to be the funniest person in the room. If you are looking to make new friends who appreciate the grind of stand-up or just want to find some reliable company for a night of live comedy, we would love for you to join us.
