About us
The Street Cat Collective is a growing group of indie audio-visual artists set in Dublin, Ireland. We create stories under one banner.
Our goal as a group is to:
- Provide a platform in which local filmmakers and audio-visual artists can network and meet together.
- Build a community that can support local indie projects through web collaboration.
We live in an age where filmmakers are making a name for ourselves on the internet through building a digital-native audience. The internet audience is a powerful tool that requires a lot of labour for one to build by themselves. So why not we build it together? The Street Cat Collective is our answer to that question. Together, we seek to make a local film club that can allow artists creating their own stuff network with other creatives in order to build their career and create our own opportunities by producing indie films under the a shared Street Cat Collective name.
