raw vegan (no cooked food) potluck again this year, it’s convenient and healthy.
The discussion which will be the 5th in my series of rejuvenation diets, is the 80-10-10 diet by Douglas Graham. Another name is the monkey diet I call it the math diet since it’s based on the calorie content of the foods you eat daily. For example for 2000 daily calories, 80% or 1600 calories must come from simple carbs, usually fruits, 10% or 200 calories are from proteins usually coming from a pound of greens and finally the last 10% or 200 calories are from fats usually salad oil or a small avocado. This would be considered a low fat and low protein diet.
