Come help Randy look for Spring wildflowers on a hike in Mitchell Canyon. Mitchell Canyon is one of the premier East Bay locations for finding beautiful wildflowers, and it's fun to switch back and forth between Castle Rock and Mitchell Canyon to see the different stages of Spring blooms. The hike will be a total of about 4.5 miles, with less than 500 feet elevation gain. No dogs are allowed at Mitchell Canyon. Parking is free, but there are no restrooms at the hike starting point. Restrooms will be available at Mitchell Canyon visitor center, where we will stop for lunch before returning to our Mt. Tamalpais Dr. starting point.

Randy can be reached at 925-518-8439, in the event of any questions or coordination problems.

Starting place: https://maps.app.goo.gl/4Gv2bavWu2zMo5DF9

We will hike at an average to slower pace (25-30 mins per mile) so we can enjoy the experience while we get the heart pumping. Please update your RSVP if you cannot attend, so as many people as possible can enjoy this hike.
