Tarot for Winter Solstice
Details
The Winter Solstice (also known as Midwinter or Yule) is a festival that marks the longest night of the year and the rebirth of the sun (since afterwards the days will slowly become longer again). We will be gathering on the evening of December 21st to celebrate this day through some of my favourite midwinter-themed tarot spreads, practices, rituals, and other treats.
You will leave this session with a whole new assortment of spreads and card reading approaches to add to your tarot toolbox. You will also have a better understanding of how to align your tarot practice with the seasons & cycles of the year.
This session is open to complete beginners as well as those who have some experience with tarot. Please come prepared with a deck (or two!), something to write with (i.e. journal and pen), and an open and curious mind. Please also bring a small white candle and something green from outside (like a sprig of holly or a piece from an evergreen tree).
We will be meeting on Zoom. The Zoom link is available on the event page for those who have reserved a space. Any questions about Zoom, just ask!
There are no refunds available for this event, but if something happens on the day please get in touch, we may be able to give you a place on a different workshop at a later date.
Also, please message Maria if you'd rather pay some other way (i.e. bank transfer) and we can make arrangements.
