Wouldn't you agree that there is so much lost when trying to make a real connection on dating apps? Are you tired of swiping? Wouldn't it be nice to meet people face to face? If you answered yes to these questions, then you are in the right place.
We, the organizers Kim, Sue and Rosie, feel the same way about the dating apps and that's why we put this meetup together.
This group is for singles 45 and older living in Southern California interested in meeting other singles who are looking to make a real connection and maybe even meet someone special. Please make sure your picture is updated and current preferably taken within 90 days of joining the meetup
Enjoy a warm, lighthearted atmosphere where respect and fun come first. Let’s enjoy activities together, like Trivia Night, salsa dancing, dinners, live music, karaoke, and other fun events. We will usually split the amount of people signed up for events evenly into females and males. For example.. If we have room for a total number of 20 we will allow 10 men and 10 women to sign up.
There are a few requirements to join this group:
1. You must be completely single and available.
2. You must be 45 or older.
3. Verification Process
To ensure a safe and respectful community, all members will be screened via their Facebook or Instagram accounts before joining. Please be ready to provide your account information during the verification process.
Though it is free to be part of the group we will have an envelope at each event available for donations to help support the meetup events

4. Do you understand this is not a couples, swingers, or hookup group?
5. Do you agree to keep conversations lighthearted and respectful?
6. Will you take responsibility for your own alcohol consumption?
7. Do you agree to respect others and refrain from any unwanted physical contact?
8. Do you understand that the admins reserve the right to remove members at their discretion?
You must have a current (within 90 days) picture of yourself on your profile.
