The session explores how QA teams can scale their impact by changing where and how they apply their expertise.
At Cybus, tickets are explicitly routed as dev-verified, advisory, or QA-owned. Developers verify their own features against a test plan shaped and reviewed by QA, while QA focuses its capacity on system-level, non-functional, and other areas where deeper quality expertise is needed.
The next layer is agentic AI: encoding QA knowledge into reusable, version-controlled skills that can move from a Jira ticket to an executable test.
