To successfully embrace change and accelerate AI adoption in software testing, professionals must shift from a fear-based mindset to a proactive strategy where AI is viewed as a powerful collaborator that handles repetitive tasks – such as test script generation, self-healing test maintenance, and synthetic data creation – allowing human testers to focus on high-level critical thinking and risk analysis. Drawing from 18 years of industry evolution from manual to automated and Waterfall to Agile, this transition requires a “Quality Engineering” approach where AI is integrated to enhance velocity and feedback loops.Key Takeaways
- AI as a Force Multiplier, Not a Replacement
