Resiliency testing involves simulating real-world failure conditions—such as network outages, hardware malfunctions, software bugs, and surge in user load—to assess how the system responds, maintains functionality, and restores operations. The key objectives are to test fault tolerance, continuity of service, recovery speed, graceful degradation, and to identify undiscovered vulnerabilities.
