The Book Club Non-Book Club!
Our first Books & Banter was such a good time that we're doing it again!

This time, we're trying something a little different. We're choosing one story to explore together, then coming back to share our thoughts, interpretations, questions, and maybe even a few disagreements!

Our November selection is East of Eden by John Steinbeck.

You can read the novel or watch a screen adaptation. Either way, come ready to talk about the characters, their choices, the consequences of those choices, and the bigger questions the story raises. There are so many directions this conversation could take, and that's part of the fun!

📚 How Our Book Club Non-Book Club Works
We're going to try meeting every three to four weeks, giving everyone time to read, watch, and come ready for conversation.
Toward the end of each gathering, we'll invite members to share their book recommendations and vote together on our next selection. That way, everyone gets a voice in what we explore next! (Great idea, Lee!)

We're all about variety! By sharing recommendations and voting on our selections, we get to explore different genres, authors, and perspectives while giving everyone's reading interests a chance to shine. Who knows? You might discover a new favorite in a genre you never thought you'd enjoy!

Bring your curiosity, your opinions, and an openness to exploring something new! We're here for good stories, thoughtful conversations, and new connections!
