Poetic Mondays: Featured Poet Andrea Gibson, Collaborative Poetry using phrase

Tonight's feature poet will be Andrea Gibson. Andrea Gibson was the Poet laureate for Colorado. They passed away last week so I wanted to feature them this week in honor of their powerful voice and legacy.

For our focusing theme, I've selected a line of their poetry: "I am still here, asking this world to dance."

Format:

1. Reading of poems of the week's Featured Poet
2. Attendees are invited to share a poem they like (by featured poet, any other poet, or their own poems) and talk for 2 to 4 minutes about the poem.
3. Breakout rooms to work on collaborative Poetic expressions.
4. General Discussion
