A relaxed social community for intraday traders who want to meet people who understand the highs, lows and occasional madness of trading.

Trading can be an incredibly isolating pursuit. You can spend the entire week watching charts, managing risk and making difficult decisions without having anyone around you who truly understands what the experience is like.

The Trading Lounge exists to change that.

We bring together intraday traders from across London for relaxed evenings in a pub, where we can unwind, meet like-minded people and talk openly about the markets.

Share your wins, laugh about your mistakes, cry over the trade you should never have taken—or simply enjoy a drink with people who understand why one candle can completely change your mood.

Who is it for?

The Trading Lounge welcomes intraday traders of all experience levels, including:

Complete beginners who have started trading with real intention
Developing traders still working towards consistency
Experienced independent and professional traders
Traders of futures, indices, forex, equities, options and other liquid markets
Systematic, discretionary, algorithmic and prop-firm traders

You do not need to be profitable, trade professionally or manage a large account. You only need a genuine interest in intraday trading and a willingness to meet others respectfully.

Members are welcome to discuss strategies and markets naturally, but nobody is attending as a teacher and nobody is expected to reveal their complete trading system.

The purpose is simple: good conversations, genuine connections and a chilled evening with people who share the same passion.

Our initial gatherings will take place in welcoming pubs around the City of London, likely near Liverpool Street, Bishopsgate or Bank.
