The Unspoken Questions: The Diversity Delusion by Heather Mac Donald

Details
This will be our first gathering of The Unspoken Questions, a group created to explore serious, divergent, and perhaps uncomfortable ideas about race, identity, and the future of political belonging in America.
This session will introduce the purpose of the group and open the space for thoughtful, respectful conversation. We’ll reflect on the role of silence, fear, and polarization — and ask what’s been left unsaid, and why.
Our discussions will center around books that approach these themes from a range of perspectives — some widely accepted, others less often heard.
Reading Selection: This session’s reading is The Diversity Delusion by Heather Mac Donald.
Don’t worry if you haven’t finished it—we’ll begin with open reflections on the book and (optionally) on what brought us to attend this event as well.
