You can't read THAT!

Details
The annual week for commemorating banned books is in September. So for our September event, let's read books that have been censored or challenged for use in schools and elsewhere. (The list is longer than you may think: even My Friend Flicka was challenged because it described a dog as a "hunting bitch.") We can also read writing that's about censorship, like Nineteen Eighty-Four or the book-burning scene in Don Quixote.
Here are two links to lists of the most frequently censored and challenged books:

As usual, if you want to read something off-topic or you'd rather just listen, that's OK with us. And if you want to read your own writing, so much the better!
Butler's Pantry is in Mirvish Village, just southwest of Honest Ed's, near the Bathurst subway station.
