About us
A community for those seeking a deeper relationship with God—or a greater sense of spiritual well-being—through authenticity, contemplation, truth-seeking, and genuine connection.
Formerly known as "Christians Who Don't Go to Church," this community has grown to welcome thoughtful people from a variety of backgrounds who are interested in personal growth, meaningful conversations, and intentional living. The group remains especially welcoming to those who don't feel at home in traditional church settings, while also being open to anyone who shares its values of curiosity, authenticity, humility, and respectful dialogue.
Our focus is simple:
Becoming, not performing.
This group is open to people of all religious backgrounds, spiritual perspectives, and levels of belief. Whether you are a committed Christian, spiritually curious, recovering from religious hurt, questioning old beliefs, or simply seeking meaningful connection, you are welcome here.
We believe spiritual growth is not merely about following rules, checking boxes, or appearing "good" on the outside. It is about cultivating qualities such as love, wisdom, humility, courage, compassion, self-awareness, and inner peace—and allowing our actions to naturally flow from those qualities.
Our conversations are rooted in openness, curiosity, and respect. We value thoughtful discussion over debate, questions over certainty, and understanding over winning arguments.
We will begin by meeting online and exploring a new discussion topic at each gathering. Rather than lectures or debates, our gatherings will center on reflection, meaningful conversation, and practical takeaways that help us live with greater intention throughout the week. Every meeting is designed to help us not only think differently, but become different.
Topics may range from simple questions such as:
• How are you?
• What brings you peace?
• What does forgiveness mean to you?
to deeper questions such as:
• What is truth?
• What is faith?
• How do we know when we are growing spiritually?
• What does it mean to embody God's love?
• Who are you becoming?
Each gathering will conclude with a simple reflection or intention to carry into the coming week, allowing our conversations to become lived experiences rather than remaining ideas alone.
Over time, we may also gather in nature for contemplative walks, hiking, meditation, prayer, silent reflection, discussion of spiritual texts, and simple fellowship.
Our goal is not conformity.
Our goal is growth.
What This Group Is

• A place for authentic conversation
• A space for spiritual growth and exploration
• A place to give and receive support
• A place where questions are welcome
• A place where people can be themselves
What This Group Is Not
• A church

• A denomination
• A political organization
• A debate club
• A church-bashing group
Open discussion about difficult spiritual experiences is welcome, but our focus is healing, growth, understanding, and connection.
Come as you are. Let's walk together as we seek truth, cultivate wisdom, and become more fully who we were created to be.
