Two Spiritual Teachers, One Truth (Free Event)

It is often said that “change is the only constant in life.” But what about when it comes to religion? Is it also possible or even essential for religion to evolve, or are spiritual truths fixed?

That the various great spiritual traditions and religions of the world all originated from one divine source is an idea that has become increasingly accepted - or at least suspected - by many fair-minded observers. But beyond recognizing the spiritual truths these various traditions seem to share, is there also some pattern to it all?

Looking back, humankind seems to engage in a continuous pattern of acceptance and rejection of the world’s great spiritual teachers, of embracing divine religion only to then distort its true purpose in favor of sewing division amongst the peoples of the world. From Krishna to Moses, Buddha, Jesus, Mohammed and others, the world has continually been sent a new messenger when it was in need of one most. Could it be that humanity has once again entered a new era calling for a new teacher? Does the age we live in require a new messenger to
remind us of our true, spiritual purpose?

Come join us for a spiritual discussion as we explore the arrival of the two most recent Manifestations of God:
the Báb and Bahá’u’lláh. Together we will explore these two spiritual teachers and the timely message of healing and unity they brought with them to help bring about humanity’s next stage of development. We will also celebrate the Bicentenary of the birth of the Bab. Please join us!

“Verily I say, this is the Day in which mankind can behold the Face, and hear the Voice, of the Promised One.” –
Bahá’u’lláh
